Latest news is that Paul was awarded the Rob Parker Prize at “The Art of the Now” show at the Usher Gallery in Lincoln July 2025 for his painting “Up Michaelgate”, a large 150 x 120cm oil painting which was made from the 11.3% cobbled climb at the longest standing national cycling race in the UK, The Lincoln Grand Prix, which is due to celebrate its 70th year in 2026.
Paul Letchworth’s latest paintings capture the energy and excitement of the peloton and the spectacle of the Grand Tours.
